The Association is governed by the Board composed by:

• The president: Eva Geisztne Gogolak (Hungary)
• The Vice President: Rusalija Stancheva Petrova (Bulgaria)
• The General Secretary: Tatjana Gasparic ( Croatia)
• The Trasurer: Jana Defeldova ( The Czech Republic)
• Member: Grace Park ( South Korea)

Every 4 years the board is elected democratically around the available candidates all over the world taken from the members.

Our association is really democratic and with a wider wiliness to grow up on solid and strong basis. The next election will be held on the 2025.

IAM is composed in three committees:

• Adjudicators’ Committee
• Competitors’ Committee
• Supervisory Board Committee

The Adjudicators’ Committee of IAM: The main task of the Committee is to manage the issues concerning the Adjudicators and adjudicating. Members of AC: Szurominé Balogh Adrienn ( HU) Chair, Lorena Kardum (CRO), Oleksandr Mylnikov (UKR)

The Competitors’ Committee of IAM: The main task of the Committee is to create and modify the competition rules and to introduce and evaluate new disciplines. Members of the CC: Pappné Bedei Sarolta (HU) Chair, Denisa Defeldova ( CR), Malgorzata Gronek ( PL)

The Supervisory Board Committee of IAM: The main task of the Committee is to control the procedure, the documents and the legality of the association. The SBC has 3 independent members.

The Development office of IAM: The main task of the office is to develop IAM all over the world, creating partnership and reaching the highest recognition possible for the goods of Majorette- Sport.

The Membership office of IAM: The main task of the office is to follow the recognition process for the new member in order to prepare all the documents to be presented to the GA for the approval.

The Antidoping office of IAM: The main task of the office is to fight against the doping and to check and protect the athletes from doping usage.

The Website and Social Media office of IAM: The main task of the office is to follow the communication channels of the association.

The Events office of IAM: The main task of the office is to organize, choose the best place and conditions for the official IAM competitions, training and events.
